New Credit Repair Video
Full transcript from the video:
The credit system may seem like a private conversation between your creditors and the credit bureaus, but this conversation is not complete until you have joined it. You have the right to question any information on your credit reports that you feel may be inaccurate, untimely, misleading, incomplete, ambiguous, unverifiable, biased or unclear – also known as “questionable”. If an item cannot be verified, then it must be removed.
Randy Padawer – “Here’s how the consumer credit game works. There are three consumer reporting agencies. Equifax, Trans Union and Experian. But guess what? They’re not offical. The government didn’t bless them. These are for-profit, privately owned… at think at least one, if not two of them are publicly traded by stock holders. These are companies that buy and sell our information for profit. and the only laws that are applicable to the agencies, so called, are the laws that protect consumers. Those are our consumer protection statutes, and they work to place limits on the credit bureaus. For example, the next time, a creditor tells you, “I’m sorry, we can’t take that off your report, that has to stay there for 7 years, by law.” They’re either terribly misinformed, or they’re lying. Because the FCRA places limits upon the amount of time something can be reported. But it doesn’t stipulate that something must be reported. At all!”
While these laws give you a way to address credit issues on your own, acting on them takes more than a letter, a stamp and crossed fingers, it takes experience and perseverance. Many who try to repair their own credit are discouraged by a series of road blocks that lead them to end their fight for fair credit in frustration and despair.
Lexington Law helps you become part of the credit conversation through time-tested services that incorporate innovative dispute methodologies, creditor interventions, and other credit repair methods that make full use of your credit rights as established by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other federal laws.
Randy Padawer – “The Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Credit Billing Act, the Fair Debt Collections Practicing Act, The Truth in Lending Act. These exist for a reason. these aren’t just words in a book somewhere. And all of these federal statutes can be brought to bear, to help you, and me and anyone else improve their credit rating so their lives can be better.”
John Heath: “What’s the remedy? How do you fix it? Those are all very good questions. The answer to that question is, of course, these types of clients need to be referred to someone who knows what they’re doing in the credit report repair area. They need to be referred to a consumer law firm.”
EXPERIENCE
Lexington Law is a general service consumer advocacy law firm, not an online credit repair shop. (pic of Lexington campus) Helping consumers take action on their credit since 1991, we have served over 1/2 million clients. (map of U.S.) Our firm is the largest network of credit correction attorneys with 22 attorneys across 16 states (and growing), (pics of attorneys) and is responsible for the employment of more than 400 paralegals & agents working to ensure the highest standard of service.
Randy Padawer – “Is credit report repair legitimate? Well, let me tell ya – it depends on who you go to! You can find illegitimate credit report repair; people who will do terrible things. Who will tell you to get a new identity – to hide, to not pay your bills, to get a tax identification number and use that as a social security number (and you’ll go to jail, so don’t do that). There are hundreds of ways that you can be guided wrongly. That’s not the kind of advice that you’ll get when you go to a law firm.”
PROVEN RESULTS
Our innovative services assisted our clients in the removal of over 600,000 questionable negative items last year (graph) and helped our participating Concord-level clients see an average of 8.6 removals by month 3 and 28.6 removals by month 12 from their combined credit reports.**
Randy Padawer: “The average participating Lexington Client at the most inexpensive level of service, saw more than half of their credit report negatives removed by the end of their retainer. By month 12, there were results all the way along – by month 3, 6, 9 – so people who only stayed for only a short period of time saw good results. Imagine what how your credit score would jump, if over half of the “baddies” could be gone. People who took the next level of service up, those people saw 85% of their presenting negatives removed – which is substantial. So, yes, credit repair, that is, legal credit repair – where consumer protection statutes are leveraged in the service of your credit rating – when that kind of credit repair is done, the results can be substantial.”
AFFORDABILITY
As you would expect from a consumer advocacy law firm, Lexington Law has gone to great lengths to make its services affordable to its clients. You can get started for as low as $39 a month and a one-time $99 set-up fee, all charged only after that work has been completed. Our services are backed by a refund policy, and clients have the right to cancel at any time. If you’re ready to take action on your credit, start now.
John Heath: “In today’s society legal fees can be an expensive proposition. Recently, the American Bar Association has asked attorney to look at consumers and clients who, history have not had the opportunity to procure legal services because they cannot afford them. This group of American consumers is the middle class. One of the great things that I been able to participate in in the law practice that I have, is that I get to perform affordable services for my clients, the majority of whom are in the middle class. What are these services? Well, they’re narrowly focused. They are in the credit report repair area. But I feel like I’m doing my part to help my clients to get set up, back on the right track, to move forward in their lives.

John (testimonial): “I could have never done what they did for my credit score. I don’t even remember… it happened so fast, I was amazed… they sent me one credit report, and three or four weeks later, they sent me another, and like, half of it was gone. Three or four weeks later, they sent me another one, and there was one thing they couldn’t get removed.”
Alaina “I’ve had great results from it. I’ve had over 50 items removed from my credit reports, to this day, already. So it’s made a huge difference – my score has gone up over a 100 points since I’ve done it. So, it’s been great, cause now I can be approved for some things. And they’re still working on it, and I’ve had a great experience with it.”
Randy Padawer: “The essence of depression is when you believe that the way things have been, always will be. People who are depressed always believe there’s just no way out, nothing will change, they’re doomed. That’s not true – number one – generally in life. But its certainly not true when it comes to your credit rating for goodness sakes.”
