Watching: Lexington Law Firm: The quickest credit fix available?

Welcome to Credit Coach. Are you the kind of person who is looking for a “quick fix” to their credit issues? When I ask that question, most people feel torn. On the one hand, you certainly want your credit troubles resolved as quickly as possible. Anyone would want that. But, are you really looking for a “quick fix?”

“Quick fix” sounds like trouble. It sounds like a “Get-rich-quick” scheme in business. As we all know, those kinds of deals are rarely “quick” and they're always expensive and usually ineffective.

What you probably want, instead, is the “quickest fix” that is real, affordable and legitimate.

Is Lexington Law Firm the quickest fix possible? I think you'll see that our firm is downright speedy, but it's a real, and REALISTIC solution.

Bad credit remains on a your credit report for seven to ten years if you don't take action to repair it. Seven to ten years. That's a long, long time -- The better part of the next decade. If you do nothing, you will be many years older before you have any chance of enjoying good credit again.

When you consider the next ten years of your family's future, and you think of all the opportunities you'll miss due to bad credit, the credit system starts to seem pretty harsh. I'd agree. The credit system isn't particularly kind.

But that's the system, and there's no “magic bullet” that will make the effects of bad credit disappear overnight. If you'll recall, it took some time for your credit woes to build up. Your common sense has probably already told you that it'll take a little time for you to resolve them.

But we're not talking too much time here. Lexington's average, participating Concord Level client sees 84% of his or her questionable negatives removed after only one year's time. Imagine the difference that's made in our clients' credit scores in just twelve months.

Lexington Law stands out as the undisputed industry leader -- with:

With more than eighteen years of credit repair experience, with 24 attorneys in 19 states, a state of the art legal campus, and a history of touching the lives of more than a half million clients over the course of the last two decades!

We're here with Lexington Law's Directing Attorney, John Heath. John, can you tell us a little about the credit reporting system and clients' rights?

John Heath: In 1971 Congress passed the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and decided that credit bureaus couldn't report for any LONGER than seven to ten years.

For starters, Congress just pulled that number out-of-a-hat. It's arbitrary. There's no logic, reason or fairness to that number.

But, the thing I tell my friends and clients to remember is that the seven to ten year limit is a maximum, not a requirement or a minimum.

My firm was founded to give people a leg up, To bring fairness and humanity to the system. To bring my clients into the system. And, I'd like to think, over the last eighteen years, we've done that.

----------

From seven to ten years down to one year.

That's at least an eighty-five percent reduction in the time it might otherwise take you to reach creditworthiness without our assistance. I don't know if that qualifies as a “quick fix,” but I don't know of any better or faster way to reach creditworthiness. So be encouraged. With Lexington Law Firm, you definitely came to the right place.

I'm Gavin, the CreditCoach, and remember: Together, we can do this.
