Your initial first-work fee will be drafted within two weeks of when you sign up for service. This gives us enough time to complete your initial casework so we can proceed with the credit repair service.Monthly payments will then be drafted each month after work has been completed. These funds will be drafted on the same day as your initial first-work fee so if your initial payment was drafted on the 20th of the month, each monthly payment will also be drafted on the 20th.
The Credit Repair Organizations Act requires that credit repair companies do not charge for services until after they have been completed.
This requirement is in place to protect you against fraudulent credit repair organizations who charge large upfront fees and then do not provide the agreed upon services.
