How does the refund policy work?
In a nutshell, if at the completion of the retainer agreement you have done your part by mailing credit reports and letters from the credit bureaus to us and we have made no progress, your money will be refunded. It is your responsibility to provide us with your updated credit reports on a regular basis. However, should you receive no improvement on your credit reports despite your close participation we will absorb the costs of our representation and refund your retainer fee.
Otherwise, at the end of 12 months, we agree to pro-rate the success of your case by placing a $100.00 value on each deleted or improved listing and deducting that amount from you retainer fees. Then, we will refund you the difference.
We offer this refund policy to help our prospective clients feel comfortable with our work. However, we should point out that if you do your part by forwarding regular credit reports, you should typically receive results well beyond the refund policy value (on average.)
Also, when you have been a client for one year, the firm will review the progress on your case. Generally speaking, if you have not received satisfactory results we will extend your case at no charge. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We mean it.
