When you become very delinquent on an account, the creditor will probably charge it off. This means that they have written the debt off as a loss for tax purposes. This does not mean that they have given up collecting on the debt. The creditor is now likely to either sell the debt or send it to collections.*Important: While the testimonials and other information on this website may be exciting, Lexington Law promises only to perform the steps we've agreed to in each client's case and to charge each month only for steps already completed. As with any legal work, no outcome is promised. Your results may vary.

almost monthly. I look forward to my final email telling you that you have made me the happiest person and my credit is back on track. :)
