Can Lexington Law repair credit?

If you are looking for a law firm to assist you with your credit repair needs, you have come to the right place. Our firm has invested almost two decades and millions of dollars into refining and improving our credit repair services. Developed under the direction of a team of credit lawyers who understand your rights under the law, these services give our clients a fighting chance when it comes to resolving credit issues.

No law firm can promise results, but we do feel confident that our years of experience serving hundreds of thousands of clients, and our dedication to each individual client's success gives our clients the advantage they need to work toward a better credit score.

How do we help our clients succeed?

EXPERIENCE Lexington Law is a general service consumer advocacy law firm, not an online credit repair shop. Helping clients take action on their credit since 1991, we have served over 1/2 million clients. Our firm is the largest network of credit correction attorneys with 24 attorneys across 19 states (and growing), and is responsible for the employment of 200+ paralegals/agents working to ensure the highest standard of service.

PROVEN RESULTS Our innovative services assisted our clients in the removal of over 2,500,000 negative items last year alone, and helped our participating Concord-level clients see an average of 8.6 removals by the end of month 3 and 28.6 removals by the end of month 12 from their combined credit reports.**

AFFORDABILITY As you would expect from a consumer advocacy law firm, Lexington Law has gone to great lengths to make its services affordable to its clients. You can get started for as low as $59.95 a month and a one-time $99.95 first-work fee, all charged only after that work has been completed. If you’re ready to take control of your credit, start now.

How does our process work?

Step 1: Forward your credit reports.

After signing up, you will begin by forwarding to us your credit reports from the three major credit bureaus. If you do not have your reports, we can help you purchase one instantly. With each cycle, you should receive updated reports from the bureaus. It is important to forward each updated report to us so we can track which questionable items were deleted.

Step 2: Choose which items to dispute.

Once your credit reports are received, our staff enters the information into our database. Using our online Case Valet, you then choose how to challenge your questionable listings. Sound complicated? Not to worry, our easy-to-use wizard makes this step a simple matter of pointing and clicking with your mouse.

Step 3: Lexington works your case.

We begin the dispute process by drawing upon our vast arsenal of credit report repair strategies to challenge questionable items directly with the credit bureaus. Depending on the number of questionable items on your credit reports, this step will be repeated for each subsequent cycle. (Clients who have selected an upgraded level of service will receive additional legal interventions.)

Step 4: Sit back and relax.

The credit bureaus have 30 days to investigate your dispute. After that, they must inform you of their results and send you a copy of your updated report. It usually takes 60 days from the day we send a dispute to the day you receive an updated report. When you receive a response from a bureau, make a copy of the updated report for your records then send the original to Lexington Law. The cycle begins anew, this time hopefully with fewer questionable items on your credit reports.

Work to improve your credit score.

A 30-day late payment can pull credit scores down by 60 to 110 points. Not surprisingly, when it comes to improving credit scores, nothing has proven more effective than the removal of questionable negative items from credit reports. Through work to remove these items, many past clients have seen dramatic improvements to their credit scores.

Lexington Law
clients have seen
an average credit
score increase of
20 points in 90 days!

While each individual client experience will vary, past clients have seen an average credit score increase of 45 points over the course of one year. Though your results may be more or less than the average, consider how this type of increase would impact your ability to qualify for mortgage loans, auto loans, and credit cards at lower interest rates.
