Billing schedule

When you engage Lexington Law Firm, billing is straightforward. Similar to an electric utility bill, we invoice at the end of each service period for completed work.

$0 Due Today

Sign up and pay $0 today. You can get started addressing negative items as soon as you finish this signup!

Billing occurs every month

We work behind the scenes to continuously send out challenge letters and work with you towards your best credit. You can cancel your service anytime.

First payment due after day 5

This covers our initial work in monitoring your credit, setting up your cases, and starting credit repair services.

Just a reminder that we bill every month for the work that has been completed. If you decide to cancel your service, you may be charged a final payment for work completed between your last payment and cancellation date.

Additional billing information

On your monthly billing date, we will charge your card that we have on file. If your card is declined due to insufficient funds or is not updated when we charge it, the payment will be processed again. Once the payment does not go through a reprocessing fee will be added to your account. Depending on your service level, the fee could be $19.95, $9.95, or $4.95. We will continue to attempt to collect payment, but you will not be assessed a reprocessing fee for each attempt.

When a payment is made with us, you can expect it to reflect on your debit/credit card statement or ACH account as CRT*Lexington Law.

If you’re trying to decide whether to cancel Lexington’s services, it is important to remember that our billing works similarly to a utility bill. We charge a first payment after the fifth day after the engagement to set up your case, and then charge our monthly rate after that. If you choose to cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, you may be charged for the work performed from your last payment up until that date. For example, if your billing date is usually the first of the month and you choose to cancel on the 15th, you can usually expect to be charged half of your monthly fee either the day of cancellation or on your next bill date. We will only charge for the work that was performed.
