Cody W. Johnson
Cody Johnson is the Managing Attorney of the firm’s offices, staff, and attorneys under the direction of Mr. Heath and Mr. Jones. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Johnson served in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant. He is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom and served in a Light Armored Reconnaissance Unit. After serving in the military, Mr. Johnson received his BA in Business Administration while working as the owner and operator of a small company. He thereafter followed his passion for the law and earned his Juris Doctorate.
Mr. Johnson began his practice as a trial lawyer. During that time, he effectively represented clients in business and real estate litigation. He thereafter used his experience to become a recognized criminal prosecutor and was honored with the “Prosecutor of the Year” award for that county. Mr. Johnson was then delighted to become a consumer advocate with Lexington Law Firm in 2014. Mr. Johnson feels it a privilege to represent clients in their fight for consumer rights. In addition to representing Lexington Law Firm clients, Mr. Johnson also serves as a Town Prosecutor as he fulfills Lexington Law Firm’s contract with that town.

ARIZONA ASSISTANT MANAGING ATTORNEY
Daniel Woolston is the Assistant Managing Attorney in the Arizona office. Mr. Woolston was born in Houston, Texas and raised in Sugar Land, Texas. He received his B.S. in Political Science at Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctorate at Arizona State University. While attending ASU, he worked as a Law Clerk at the Arizona Prosecuting Attorneys’ Advisory Council, an organization that provides training support and other assistance to Arizona prosecutors.
After graduation, Mr. Woolston worked as a misdemeanor and felony prosecutor in Arizona. He has conducted numerous jury trials and hundreds of other court hearings. While at Lexington Law Firm, Mr. Woolston dedicates his time to training paralegals and attorneys in credit repair, problem solving, and ethical and legal compliance. He especially enjoys being a voice for those that are often forgotten in the legal system.

Jennifer Hanson is an Arizona native and joined Lexington Law Firm in 2015. In 2008, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science, graduating summa cum laude from Arizona State University. Ms. Hanson her Juris Doctor from Phoenix School of Law in 2011. During law school, she was a technical editor for the Phoenix Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hanson spent three years as a criminal prosecutor for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.
